Is there a reason the picture I posted got deleted? I thought it would be a waste just to post a thread to post a single picture of a fish I didn't own in here for use in another thread... maybe a thread should be created to just upload pictures so you don't have to make a thread in here for such instances?

so how do you make the kbs smaller again? I dont know what to do I have Paint Shop Pro and I look all over that program and still dont know how to make it smaller. please help!!

It wont fully load up for me. Is it working for you? It looks like if it ever does load up its going to be a massive picture so any help appreciated on how to scale it down. Thanks
Dan

Different forums have different ways to post pics. Some of the forums don't allow you to upload directly from your PC to the website. The ones that don't offer that function..that means you have to host it yourself somewhere (like www.photobucket.com) then use the link to post it on the forum.

Here, I have a few tips for you guys. If you happen to think your picture is too big, go into Paint (all Windows computers I've been to have it automatically) click on the tab Image then go to Sketch/ Screw. Decrease the image by what ever precentage you want, under 99%. Though I recromend decreasing the image by 50% at a time. Do this to both Vertical and Horizontal. If you happen to screw up, just go into Edit and click the Undo option. Then, I recromend saving it as a PNG file (.png) or BMP (.bmp). Why? These to options don't distort the images like saving it has the following file types:
  • .gif
  • .jpeg
  • .jpg
  • .jpe
  • .jfif
  • .tif
  • .tiff
.png and .bmp make it nice and clear, but be aware, for the people that use Internet Explorer, people that have Internet Explorer can't view it if they have any model below Internet Explorer 5.0. Then either go to Photo Bucket or Image Shack to upload the picture. You have to register to use Photo Bucket, but with Image Shack, you can choose to register or not! If you register, all it does is keep track of your pictures. Just thought my input may help a bit. :)

Ok I'm giving loading pics a try, so here goes. Should be a pic of my 4ft 50gal tank.

Why does the file attachments box only appear in this section of the forum?
