grow out tank

Aw... How old are they? i'mnot going to bother keep moving the fry around when I do mine, the pair will be spawned in the 20 as I don't want them to die either

in a 20g tank?

they are 4 weeks old and abit on the small size just order some grindalworms for them

VERY nice grow-out tank, Clover! the fry look gawgeous too!! I'm just curious, how large is your grow-out tank?

OohFeeshy, really?! I was thinking of spawning in a 10gal+ tank, and a bunch of people told me large spawn tanks tend to be less successful because the female can just avoid the male completely... hrm... I'd be interested in how your Bettas do in the 20g :shifty:

Lookin' good! Babies are always sooo cute

Well, no harm in trying :dunno:. And its easy enough to put a temporary divider in if that happens, I just dislike continually moving fish around.

Anyway, the babies are very very cute :kewlpics:

Exactly  I'm having mine spawn in the 20g too, since I don't trust myself to move them! I'm just putting a divider in until the fry are free-swimming.

Love the pics, Clover, they're too precious

hm...now you guys are scaring me.... do you think it would be a bad idea to spawn in a divided 29 gallon?
