Not sure if this is actually going to work, but if it does...here's Van Gogh. He's quite the show-off (especially if the camera is around). He's also a professional interior decorator (he makes HUGE bubble nests, lol.)
I just love my fishy.

*crosses fingers, hoping this will work*

Woo...it worked!

This picture shows the way he changes color depending on how the light hits him. He's got a mirror behind him, so his reflection is green, although the actual picture of him is almost a reddish color. He's a cool little fish. :)

Wow he is beautiful. I am very jealous, mine wont make bubble nests for me. What do you feed him? Sandy

Both my bettas get Hikari Betta Bio-Gold. Van Gogh loves making bubble nests, but my other guy (Monet) refuses to make any.

Mine eat the same thing as well as bloodworms. I cant figure out why neither of them have ever built one in their tanks. Maybe they are just too busy playing with their bubbles. i have a red one named red and a blue one named blue, kept it simple for the kids. LOL Blue and red both surf on their bubble wands, too funny i tell you. Blue attacks the bubbles like a dog with a hose. LOL it is too funny. They are so much fun. Sandy

beautiful betta pics. i've never thought about photographing mine. knowing the betta, he'll show off, i mean, show up just fine ;).
