Photography advice needed

what i need to know if there is any way i can take out water spots from a picture, i want to add the pic below in a contest but want to make it presentable if possible

if there is any way i can remove them without altering the pic too too much a step by step instruction post would be greatly appreciated

here's teh pic, i know it doesn't fit the section but i'm not looking for comments on my fish

do you have photoshop? If so, you could finish this version. I removed the spots on the RTBS with "inkdropper" and regular ol' paintbrush.
