2 - Anubias Barteri var. 'Nana' (Dwarf Anubias)
3 - Hygrophila Difformis (Wisteria)
4 - Anubias Gracilis (Delicate Anubias)
5 - Alternanthera Lilacina (Pink Water Hedge)
6 - Microsorum Pteropus (Java Fern)
7 - Microsorum Pteropus 'Windelov' (Lace Java Fern)
8 - Telanthera Roseafolia (Red Temple)
9 - Ludwigia Repens (Red Ludwigia)
10 - Lysimachia Nummularia (Creeping Jenny)
11 - Cryptocoryne Pontederiifolia
12 - Hydrocotyl Leucocephala (Brazilian Pennywort)
13 - Microsorum Pteropus 'Tropica' (Tropica Java Fern)

There is a cutting from an Anubias Barteri in there too but it only has a couple of small leaves as yet so I didn't list it.
