Pics of your betta tanks

Here are my guys. Please dont laugh at my jar in the middle. I cant go get another tank for him, besides he seems happy swimming through that tall plant.

Edit...the two end tanks are side-ways. They're triangular tanks so if you turn them to the front, you'll see they're roomy.

my mum has that jar she keeps chill powder init

I personally like the look of the jar. I like the neat look of like the coffee maker betta tank, only if it were bigger and made properly. I will probably save a few of my large jars to house some male bettas as well. :D

Something had to be said about it
Otherwise ppl who are new to keeping bettas will see it, think it looks nice, and try it on their own. And when they try to post pictures of it, like I said.. they will get two earfulls about it.
Gill hasn't replied yet, so as far as I know the male and female in the same vase could be blind or something

[/QUOTE]The Vase was to Show the Colors of 2 of My Bettas to suggest for Pairing. They were not kept Like that.
I did Reply, Oh well.

I do Have Lots More pix of Different Bowls and Shapes.

Will Try and Find the BumbleeBee Tanks
and Mayo Jars.

I also Used some Funky Shaped Fluted Jars.

Sorry gill I missed your reply :*)
I'm glad to hear that you don't keep the male and female together

My wife would kill me if she came home from her 6 month cruise and found our apartment looking like wuv's place! There's 33 tanks just in those pictures!!! We are looking into a bigger 3 bedroom compared to our current 2 bedroom so I'm going to see if I can talk her into letting me have the extra room for a fish room. Well, that is if we don't go through with these plans for another baby. A people baby that is. She won't let me get any more fishy babys. Then again, a crib really doesn't take up too much wall space.............. ;)

6 month cruise? OK, now that's what I want
Yea well, I don't think you would like this kind of cruise. She's in the Navy and is on an air craft carrier with 5,000 other people. I did 4 years in the navy and went on 2 6 monthers. They are cool and all cause you get to go to other countries, but sharing a sleeping quarters with 200-250 other guys with the beds stacked 3 high with barely enough room to roll over in kinda takes all the fun out of it. Espically when the guy above or below you isn't really interested in his hygene.

I've got some of those jars somewhere.

For People in the UK.

Check Your 99p Store and Wilkinson. Look in the Tupperware Section You May find a Surprise.
A 3Ltr Cereal/Bean Drum with Lid that can be drilled for Light and AirLine.

It stands About 20-25 Inches high and About 10 Inches Wide. Almost Clear a Little Opaque. But with Lighting Is Excellent.

Also Wilkinson Do the Bumblebee Vase for £3.99 ANd I used it To House My Very 1st Betta and It was very Versatile. My Aunt has about 4 of these all with the same Scheme and Same color Variety of Veil Tale.

I have got Pix Somewhere but not on this PC.

I would LOVE some jars like that! Where do ya find 'em!? Also, do you put some holes in the lid?

I think that photo makes the jar look really neat!
That jar was bought with Pretzels in it from a local BJs Warehouse. There are also some that are a bit shorter and fatter with cheese balls in them. The lid has lots of holes for air.

I set up 2 more tanks today for my new CT and Plakat so here they are. Nothing too fancy. The top one is a one gallon set up with some gravel from one of my cycled tanks and an air stone set low to keep water circulation to hopefully keep the bacteria alive. The palket is in there with a plastic plant. The Hex tank is a 1.5 gallon also with cultured bacteria from a cycled tank with an air stone. I found an airline that looks like a plastic plant that I am using. It looks ok, but don't really like it too much. My new CT is in that tank. They have no filtration and no heaters. The room is warm enough to keep the water at 78F. Anyway, here's the pic.
