that's not a nonareef, that's a nano nanoreef :p

I'm slowly thinking about starting my 20 gallon nano!

Here is a whole tank shot, the hermit crab in the upper right, the cowry in the lower left.

On a system this small you could only house inverts im guessing. Is it hard keeping the levels steady or do they fluctuate alot as the tank is so small?

Ben

correct, inverts only, next week there will be some corals and mushrooms added, and thats about it. the levels may indeed be a problem, so to take care of it there is a 5 gallon pail of saltwater aerating as well, and it is about a cup water change weekly, unless there is a problem.

thats pretty cool. How much did that cost to set up?

the razzle dazzle is 35.00, and the live rock was about eight, the salt was 25, the hydrometer 14, and the live sand 1.50, the cowry 4.99, and the hermit crab 5.99

...so it was 96 bucks...sorry :)

sorry for all the questions, but what is a Razzle Dazzle?

no worries, a razzle dazzle is the 1gallon aquarium. They have an aqua mini type HOB filter, and flourescent lighting. AND they are acrylic...

oh, lol. I had no idea.

The crab is quite nice, I like the blue color.

Actually, if anyone can tell me what the frag on the lower right is, I would be appreciative...
