Thinking of redoing this tank..

its currently running on 4.8 watts per gallon but you don't see the sharp light as the camera do.

Bright, you should close the aperature a bit. It may be a bit darker but it should look less bright then that heh. Very nice tank though.

wow that looks great. Your plants seem to be very healthy, and algea free. Nice tank . The fish must look awesome swimming in between all that dense foliage.

I'm not happy with the gravel in the tanks, it's I think its busy rotting.

its 14 US gallons.. and the tanks been running now for close to 4 years.
its filtered by a corner filter with a power head containing only gravel..
lights is
1x 20w sunglo 5500K
1x 20W flora-grow 7500K
2x 14w daylight 6400K

The tank had some snails in that started to become a problem so I added a red-fin botia.. he now need to be removed but its almost impossible, also I bought some SAE and ended up with two true SAE and one false SAE and he is forever chasing the true SAE, so he needs to be removed as-well, also impossible. and boy did I try, nets, clear plastic bags, but nothing works
