Geophagus brasilliensis

While taking pictures of my pike characins earlier i caught one of my breeding pair of these in the background and suddenly realised id never posted pictures of them.
The female got a bit camera shy but the male played ball and let me get these couple of ok shots.

Lovely fish CFC. I love all the Geo species, they have some big Brasilliensis at MA in Iver, they want £55 each for them though!! Typical MA pricing!! :lol:

Look similar? Wow, he's amazing! A LFS had a bunch of those in a tank for $1.50 us each a few onths ago :lol:
