Real Beauts M8, Iknow you are going to enjoy them as much as your chiclids, After awhile they will come to the top and take tubefex worms from your fingers.......heheheh

Thank's charlie_fish,

They can get up to 14" in a large aquarium with the right diet!!

I have my supplier getting me around 6-8 more so I can have a good size group of them.

Lovely fish - I'm finding it very hard to believe that cm is actually keeping tropicals - not just cichlids
Who knows, he might just get hooked on them and get some different ones

Actually,

There are many tropicals I like, but don't have room for!!

In the 120 gallon where the bala's will be going I also have 13 clown loaches, 3 red hook silver dollars a trio of rainbows a couple of cories and 4 large Synodontis Brichardi.

I heard from my supplier and will be getting 8 more bala's on Tuesday so this will round out the tank!!!

I am getting 4 more my self do you think they will be ok in a 66 gallon tank for 6 months or so CM if you dont then I wont buy them I was planning on getting them tomorrow so if you see this try to get back to me on this one if u dont care ok

They are beauties CM...I notice that back and sides of their tank are closed in, is this because they are a nervous fish?
