I had to try bitter beak after Calla chewed herself a wound the size of a penny during one of her moults. She wouldn't leave it alone and had to have antibiotics, the lot. It got better purely by keeping it wet. She doesnt like to be sprayed much either with a plant mister but she didn't have a choice.
She did the same thing this year as well. We put Skin-Eeze on the wound because it tastes horrible and then we sprayed bitter beak on her feathers. She took one nibble and never did it again.
Problem was then she started using her foot to scratch it....they're too clever for their own good
You can get it from a decent pet shop, especially one that has parrots, or use Northern Parrots.
I'd spray Molly quite often and try some bitter beak, she'll be fine
