Well, I was in the fish shop today looking at plecos, debating over gold nugget plecos and striped pekoltias, and after about 20 mins I looked in this one tank with razboras in it and what did I see labelled on the tank...

"Blue Spotted Pleco, Very rare, imported from Germany"

And how much for 1.5" of juvinile pleco goodness? £45!!!... ouch.

Anyway, he (or she) is a real cutie and is adapting quickly in my 50G tank and has even been caught sitting with the bristlenose that is nearly 3 times his size!

Very nice m8! completly diffrent to some of the plecs I've seen and wonderful colours.

He's lovely! He looks just like a different colour version of a plec that we bought a couple of weeks ago, also an inch and a half long and cost us £35!

Its the same family as the L200 btw.
