Anyone know the scientific name of this Diatom?

I suck up a diatom using a pipette in my shrimp tank and put it under a microscope.This diatom is everywhere no matter what habitat it is in. I found also some flourishing in my Nitrite container with no air supply feeding only on algae.

looks like an infusiora shoe (Vorticella),

Does it have the "J" like on this pic and can they move freely in the water ?

They look a lot like paramecium but they can't swim.

They can crawl and swim. They run/swim away when touched.

If you can't see flagellum or pseudopod when they move.

I would go for Paramecium or Colpoda, they are ciliated protozoa that can move rapidly through water using tiny hairs around them.

I manage to found another one but this time it has antennae and hair/legs (see attachment). I think this is the adult form. It looks like a sibling of the Daphnia, they have the same curled fetal position like Daphnia.
