Is this normal with plants

This is my Betta tank. I have 1 betta boy and two corys

In 2 of the pics you will see some kind of light color cobweb
I'm guessing it comes from the plants but it makes the tank look dirty.
Is that normal to show up in the tank ?
 
I don't see the pics, but what you describe sounds like biofilm. It's a warning your tank is out of balance, either from being too new or not well cycled. It'll flare up and vanish on its own, often with the arrival of new driftwood.
If you've cycled properly, it's just a passing stage. It's normal, and it never lasts.

That first pic looks like dead roots on the hydrocotyle. Will grow back with time but best to remove dead roots/stems

I did my best removing as much as I could but there r still some left
