Thank you. I will use API General cure.If it lost weight over a couple of weeks, isn't eating normally, and does/ did a stringy white poop, it probably has an internal protozoan infection. Metronidazole is the medication of choice.
See if you can see its poop. If it's white, see the following link for treatment options. If the poop is normal and coloured, it might have had problems shedding the last lot of eggs. If that is the case, there's not much you can do except feed it up and hope it recovers.
