I have 2 Jack Demsey's in a 75 gallon aquarium and need to know if anyone can tell if these two are male and female. The darker one is digging up the substrate and chasing the other. The other dempsey is smaller and lighter in color which usually means female. Any help is appreciated.

Can you see an ovipositor ? I want to say male left and female right based on the shape of the forehead .
I get the impression that both are male but that the one on the right is a younger male in comparison to the left one.
