New Nerite Snail Eggs!

There are a few more on the heater.
They look fertilised because they are filled but won't hatch because the water isn't brackish.
Credits to my snails Humbug or Cocoa Shadow for making these beautiful tank decorations...

Those are not individual eggs but egg cases, each containing minute eggs. You are not seeing whether they are fertilized or not. Nerites are separate sexes. Chances are they are unferilized but it does not matter. Won’t hatch anyway.

If I'm correct, the eggs inside the egg cases hatch into some larvae first before turning into snails aswell.
