Betta fish took a turn for the worst

My betta was acting weird and was bloated. I gave it a couple days thinking I fed him too much, but then raw spots seemed to be appearing? I'm not sure what to do. My water parameters are all normal except my ph is slightly lower, but I don't think it's enough to cause an issue.

The second photo looks like pinecone, where the scales are raised from the body (the head), it’s usually caused by less than optimum water and environment. But you said the water parameters are normal except slightly low pH.

If it’s indeed pinecone. It’s difficult to treat when it gets to this stage.

Is there anything I can try?

It’s got a severe infection, though not possible to tell what infection exactly. Sorry to say I can’t suggest anything as I don’t think anything will help at this point.
