Here’s a photo that’s a about a little old but I wanted to show it off! The beta on the left has since been removed and has her own tank.

super happy with how it turned out! It conceals the uv clarifier and heater super well!

Very nice tank- what size is it?
You might enter a recent pic of that tank in our Tank of the Month contest.
Accepting entries now for 16 gallon and smaller
October 1st - 17 to 30 gallons
Nov 1st. - 31 gallons and larger

Both ways look good 😊 I love the evolution of a tank

Very nice, is it set up to view from both sides?

If not, a black background would make your fish and deco really stand out and "pop" more...

Yes! It is! You can see my backyard through the glass, haha! But I might look into getting a black background because I’m having a bit of trouble with algae. Probably, definitely, because it’s a two way glass next to a glass sliding door and has unfiltered access to sunlight.

I would definitely add one, then...something as simple as black poster board, cut to size, and taped or clipped to one side of the tank

Not only will it help with algae, but your fish will be more comfortable with a static background, instead of constant activity on all sides of the tank

I added in a clear uv blocking background to the tank. It still lets light through but it creates wonderful rainbow rays and the algae growth slowed wayyyyyyyy down! Also I redecorated hehe
