Please read and learn about the Rosy Barb here.

No new tank can be 'completed' in 3 days. Please read about setting up a new tank here.

From what I can see, that tank is totally unsuitable for most fish. You cannot simply put some rocks and water in and then expect a fish to be happy.
Please can you tell us more about the tank?
It would also help to know a little bit more about yourself, so we can present information in a way that you can process.

I am not allowed to mention plants on this forum site. But these fish need a lot of aquatic plants to make them feel at home in their new home, which is your aquarium.

What I can do please?

She live there for almost two months and no it's not new tank..
Then I expect she'll be dead soon.
I say again, the complete set-up is unsuitable and if you want us to help you save your poor fish, we need more detailed information.
What are the water hardness, pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels?

What I can do please?
Please post a photo showing the whole tank. We may be able to see something which is causing a problem.

Test your water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH, and post the numbers here. If you don't have your own testers, can you take some tank water for a fish store and ask them to test it? Make sure they give you numbers not words as they can be misleading.

What I can do please?
Remove that substrate.
Replace with smooth gravel, suitable for an aquarium*.
Buy a load of pond weed, Elodea, for example and place that in the water. (Don't worry about planting it at this stage).

What resources for fishkeeping do you have near to you, (or online).
Are you independent with money, or are you dependent on parents?

*Not essential at this point.

I don't know from where I get these stuff please
