Are you asking why she's not pregnant?

I'm sorry to say but your 'tank' doesn't look suitable for fish....guppies need lots of space for swimming and lots of plants to feel safe enough to have babies. It appears you have 3 males to 1 female which unfortunately is a terrible ratio, in fact it should be one male to 2 females. The reason being the males will hound the female and she'll never be able to escape for a break...this could stress her and eventually she could die

Maybe consider rehousing them in something like a 60l tank with lots of plant coverage and getting a few more females. If they feel safe and happy they will breed for sure!

I hope this helps

Thank you soo much for your suggestion.. my tank is quite ok for 4 fishes.. I can’t cover With fish.
Actually I have doubt in fish gender. Because every time I ask for female fish but they say female fish not for sale.
But I feel like it’s female fish. But I am not able to predict it.. I bought 4 male only.. I hope you understand.
if anyone get confirmed with me I can do some arrangements.

Actually I have doubt in fish gender. That’s why in image I just focused the fish..Because every time I ask for female fish but they say female fish not for sale.
But I feel like it’s female fish. So by mistake I got or it’s actually a male fish..?But I am not able to predict it.. I bought 4 male only.. I hope you understand.

It's definitely female

Yep looks like a female, I'd definitely recommend moving her if you don't want babies but it may be already too late for that, you may want to get a breeding tank for her just in case. Also I agree with Captain, guppies need lots of space to thrive and pet shops aren't always correct on their no. of fish per tank. And if a tank says, for instance, 20l, once you have all the gravel, plants, ornaments, filter, heater, etc. in there it will be a fair bit less than that. The rule of thumb is generally 5l for one guppy so maybe look into a 22l, something like that. And what do you have on the bottom of your tank? ...just wondering. I am sure you want the best for your fish but they simply can't be happy in there unless your tank is a lot bigger than that pic shows. How many litres is it exactly? And where did you get your fish and tank from? Hope this helps :)
