Few pics of goldfish

They waited here while I cleaned their little pool. These are my babies. The smaller shubunkins were born in there this last winter/early spring and somehow survived in the green water so I just kept them. The two larger shubunkins came from Petco a few years ago.

Oddly enough the oldest one is the tiny white Ryukin in photo 4. Had him about 5 years now. He survived a horrid systemwide infection, survived being sucked into a pond pump when I was a NOOB at outdoor systems, survived an owl attack when I also was a noob etc.

There more than 6. There are 5 adult fancies, 2 adult single tails, and 4 baby single tails that were born there this year. They have a little pool with a box filter.

Yup. The mother is a London type Shubunkin. The fathers vary. There is an all white baby that you can see in the last photo so I think maybe my two all white males probably fertilized a few of the eggs. The other 3 have various calico patterns like the mom.

Sigh.... a pond.... maybe making a little pond with half barrel ?
