Thin Swordtail

Hi,

My male Swordtail started to become very think early.
He became very very think although he is eating a lot, he is swimming very strangely(like he is struggling).
I had ich in the aquarium last week and I was treating it with Cupramarine - all the white spots has gone but I need to wait another week before I am doing water change and absorbing the rest of the cure.

Do you think it is internal parasite? all of my other fish are ok(I have guppies and molly balloons).
Water parameters:
ammonia 0
nitrites 0
nitrates ~20 ppm
p.h 7.5
100 liters tank

What dies the fish's poop look like?
If it has stringy white poop and is eating well, it probably has intestinal worms. Livebearers like mollies, swordtails, guppies and platies regularly carry intestinal worms and can live with them for months or even years. However, if there are lots of worms and the fish isn't getting enough food, the worms eventually kill the fish by sucking all its blood out.

See section 3 of the following link for information on treating fish for intestinal worms. Round/ thread worms are the most common worms and can be treated with Levamisole or Flubendazole.

Whatever the reason might be, when a fish already looks like this, it won't go back to normal. Most likely, it will bend more...
