My corydora has been exhibiting weird behaviour. He has started to hover around the middle area of the tank and is moving slowly. Is this a swim bladder issue? Has anyone encountered this before? Thanks.

The fish isn't feeling okay. Ragged fins and no barbells.
Agreed. The fin damage is worst on the underside. It may be avoiding a sharp substrate? Cories are best kept on sand.
That is a sad looking fish. What are the parameters of your tank please.

I would be changing the substrate this weekend to fluval stratum so it is softer

The last I checked the ammonia was at 0 but I have not checked recently. The fins might have been bitten off by some serpaes
What is your pH please
