Looks like a female with to much inbreeding. That’s why it’s a good idea to add different cherry shrimp (from your LFS) every year or so.
It would be just like if two family members married each other and had a kid - there would be genetic issues.
I have several shrimp like this. They are kind of ugly, not gonna lie, but they still do a good job cleaning.

Would that explain the dots appearing over the last few days?
The tank is only 4 months old, with 4 different breeders and her first time being berried (she came much much smaller)
