Sorry, but there is no way to tell by the picture.
Males will get a larger hump, but females can get a hump as well. Genetics and diet also plays a huge factor.
The best way to sex a flowerhorn is to vent the fish. Male and female flowerhorn vents are shaped different.
Nice fish though.
