When I was maintaining my cherry shrimp tank, I found this fella along with a pond snail and a ramshorn snail, but the thing is I didn't purchase any of them(but still gonna keep the ramshorn because it cleans my tank effectively). Anyways, I'm curious if this snail will produce a lot of babies asexually as I don't want to have any snail infestation in the future.

Have to say that picture is not the best as it looks like that snail has a straight edge to its shell

But at a best guess from your picture, it’s a pond/bladder snail.

Very common and they do produce asexually and lays eggs.

Pretty harmless and can be part of the clean up crew alongside the ramshorns.

To help keep their numbers down, keep feeding your livestock to a minimum as overfeeding is one of the most common causes for snail population explosion as obviously with an abundance of food they will keep breeding. Simple as that really.
