Hello all,
I've had my 280L tank just over a week now, all is going well.
I have a shoal of 5 phantom blue tetras.
The smallest one (just over an inch) has always been quiet, staying with the shoal but preferring to hide in planted areas.

We noticed last night, his left eye is bright silver. None of the other fish are affected. He seems healthy, but quiet (feels like its size related)

Is it normal?
Is he partially sighted?
Can fish have a disability badge?

My brother has a gorahmi that somehow damaged its eye. Basically a scale blue in color like the gorahmi itself grew over the eye. Its definitely blind on that side now.
