White spot on the side of head

Hey guys
I noticed a white spot, like an indent, on the side of the head of one of my Corys. Picture attached. Would anyone be able to confirm what I’m assuming to be a fungal infection?

In terms of its behavior, it hasn’t changed dramatically. It seems to rest without doing much maybe slightly more than usual but still quite active.

My water parameters are
Ph - 6.4
Ammonia and nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate- 5.0 ppm

Unfortunately the green is due to the Blue Planet Multi Cure medication I’ve dosed into the tank earlier. I’ve just uploaded a photo a little closer up, not sure if this will help.
