To me, it would be unlikely that the only reason here.

What is the temperature in the tank? The only thing I can think of is If the water is very warm and has no surface agitation, it could be a lack of oxygen.

The temperature is 21° Celcius. And yes I use Hanging Filter for my 10 gallons which mean there's no surface agitation for several hour

Lack of oxygen would be my guess too unless you accidentally introduced some type of poison into the tank like unwashed food with pesticides on it or something else.
I think lack of oxygen is the problem
I just found shrimplet yesterday lol I am so sad rn, my berried shrimp are death with all of her shrimp friend. and I can't find the single Shrimplet (must be died too) I just found it shocking that they can't survive several hour without oxygen. I didn't change water bc there is shrimplet and I fast them every Sunday so that they can munch on biofilm & algae.
All I have right now is a picture of single shrimplet :( and I was so excited too yesterday.

Hang in there. I am looking at adding more air stones to all my tanks to make sure there is plenty of aeration. The bad side to having heavily planted tanks is at night the plants use oxygen too and that can harm fish and shrimp. I can relate to your lost and worry I may loose too.

Did you do anything (water change, filter clean, etc) yesterday before the filter failed?

Did you add anything (food, plant, new shrimp, etc) yesterday?

----------------
A few shrimp in a tank that has a temperature of 21C is not going to die from lack of oxygen overnight. It's most likely that something poisoned them.

How big is your tank and how many shirmps do you have?

Usually lack of oxygen will happen if your tank is overcrowded and the filtered stopped working.

Also, do you use CO2 in your tank?
Or did your filter release some toxic/oil into the tank when it was turned off?

No. I didn't add anything yesterday, only veggie for them as schedule I blanch the veggie as always I add carrot and broccoli and remove it after they done frenzy. As always I do that for 3 month without any problem. No new shrimp / plant are added. Altho I had Detritus worm issue 2/3 Days ago and I post a thread too. And I did Gravel Vacumm and take out 10% Water without replace it

10 gallon 45 CM Long tank.
I only had 12 shrimp inside there 1 single Yellow Fire shrimp & 11 Blue Dream / Blue Diamond Shrimp and 1 single Snail that still roaming around at the moment.
And no I don't have Co2 I only plant 3 Mini Anubias 3-5 Leaf and 1 Really Small Green Cabomba

12 shrimps in a 10 gallons are not overcrowded.

Could it be when the filter malfunctioned, it electrocuted the whole tank or released some oil/toxic into the tank?
Or the ammonia, nitrite rise causing their death.

Can you check why did your filter turned off by itself?

How come your tank temperature is so low at 21C?
I see that you are from Indonesia.
Is your room temperature also at around 21C or you are using a chiller?

Was the gravel very dirty. Being without a filter for 24 hours should have no effect. But if there was a lot of waste in the gravel stirring it up may have released a build up into the water and changed the chemistry enough to poison or shock the shrimp.

I think Seangee and Colin are right.
It's due to your removing of waste/stirring up of waste that casued their death.

Shrimps are very sensitive to any stirring up of waste during the cleaning of tank or water change.

No, the gravel is pretty clean. There's a little debris. I did the Gravel Change 3 Days ago. And I make sure I suck up the debris that I stir up. I think my Cats accidently Un plug the filter and I keep all of my fish tank at my room with Air Conditioner I set up my A/C At 19° Celcius and I check my Aquarium Every Night with Thermo and it always at 21°C and I make sure smaller tank Didnt have drastic change everytime, my room temperature are 29° at Morning and 25° at Down - Next Morning. Idk how but I'll try to check the source thanks for your guys replies

Could the veggies have had any pesticides on them?
