I would say a delta tale betta. It couldn’t be a half moon, because the tale doesn’t flare out enough. My best guess is a delta tale.

Do you mean to make his fins look bigger? No. If you want bigger fins....you need to get a different kind of betta. Half moon or full moon dumbo ear bettas look the best IMO, but they are also more susceptible to disease.
His fish also look quite healthy. That is as big as they are going to get.

I’m still thinking he’s only a Delta tale. Maybe a mix between a CrownTail and a delta tale? But those 2 variations usually have genetic problems.
Did you get the guppies out of his tank? Bettas aren’t community fish and shouldn’t be kept as such.

@Barry Tetra, are you asking if your bettas fin will grow out? Or if your bettas fins will get more full?

No i saved him from LFS, they put him in guppy tank.
