My community tank has had lots of problems but things are turning around...except for my tetras, mostly my neons. One glolight also. Some have the famous white bumps on their lips, one has a tail issue and skin seems to be peeling. Been treating with salt and water changes. They were all treated with Prazipro about a week and a half ago. Yesterday I started treating with EM Erythromycin for the bumps or tufts on lips. Any ideas/suggestions? Note: 0, 0, and 10ppm. Temp 76F and PH 7.6.

Characins are very sensitive to salt and to some medications. Remember these guys naturally live in water which has pretty much no minerals at all. I would try a few days of lots of clean fresh water and nothing else.

I think the peeling started after the salt treatment. I’ll do a water change and remove it. Thanks so much!
