Re-Done 3G

I decided to re-do my 3Gallon tank for one of my bettas so I went to the fish shop and found a nano sumbersable filter with air intake, some lovely fine black substrate and a live plant (Vallis i believe?).

Currenty it is housing my Lyretail betta who seems to be enjoying it no end. Once the tank has matured more I shall add an oto.

And it's inhabitant....

looking good! you should add some more vallis to cover up the filter. that would look really good

Catfish I was thinking just that, another small bunch of vallis would cover up the filter nicely and reduce the current.

beautiful tank Bunjiweb. You could put a couple of pygmy corys in there as well to swim around the bottom, or some shrimp?

Pygmy corys eh!! I was thinking about that and I found a LFS that has them....

Would they be fine as long as they have places to hide?
