The black dots could be stress markings and nothing to worry about yet.
The red nose on the silver angel (black striped angel) is a mild infection and should clear up by itself if the fish is kept in good conditions.

--------------------------
Wipe the inside of the glass down with a clean fish sponge.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a couple of weeks. Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks. However, don't clean the filter if it's less than 6 weeks old. Wash filter media/ materials in a bucket of tank water and re-use them.

Increase aeration/ surface turbulence.

Feed the fish 3-5 times a day with a variety of dry, frozen (but defrosted) and live foods.

--------------------------
The extra food will help the fish build up some strength, and the water changes will keep the tank clean while you are feeding more. It will also help reduce the number of disease organisms in the water.

Monitor the fish over the next few weeks and see how they look. If they get worse then post more pictures.

thank you so much :) just moved them into their new home (a 30 gallon) and the red patches have gone away in just a few hours ... ithink it was just their small tank stressing them out !
