Hi all, I have a 180 litre community tank:
2female pearl gourami
1 male pearl gourami
12 cardinal tetra
12 rummynose tetra
8 bronze corydora
3 ammano shrimp

Water is 6.3ph very soft and very established. I'm thinking of increasing my ammano to 10, would this be too many? Any advice greatly received. Also according to aquaadvisor the tank is 83% stocked could I add any other fish, if so any ideas? Or should i leave as is? Ps it is well planted as well as having floating plants? Cheers again

That sounds like a nicely balanced setup. (Of course I am only saying that because it is quite similar to my own - except I was considering adding pearl gourami which I don't have).

I recently added 10 pencilfish and this is what Aqadvisor thinks

My pencilfish are actually N trifasciatus but Aqadvisor does not know about those. I also omitted to mention the malaysian trumpet snails because I couldn't even guess how many I have  but that would push me way over the limit. I don't regard my tank as overstocked. The reason I opted for the pencilfish is because I wanted something in the top level and (IMHO) it has improved the overall balance.
