New camera... what I've been up too.

So I picked it up yesterday, new Fuji S7000z, upgraded from the S5000z and wow! This is a very nice camera with more features than you can shake a stick at. Its got an excellent macro mode down to 1cm so Im hoping to get some eye on eye action with the Discus soon!

Its quite a complicated piece of kit but the upgrade was definitely worth it, its 6 megapixels and can output 12 megapixels for posters etc.

Anyway, it was dark when I finaly got outt o take some pics so heres as macro shot of a flower using the flash (had to pull back from the flower to use the flash though)

OMG that's awesome. Man, I think I can see the flower releasing oxygen.

I've got mine for £282 but its coming from Gurnsey - so it'll get tax added at customs

Got it for £335 from Pixmania.co.uk. Have to say its a great camera, handles really well and has some great features like the histogram and the centre focus enlargement preview for manual focusing. I'll be posting some more pics soon.
