Betta And Platys

Me too. This is my third tank, totally unplanned lol I just went out and bought it. My boyfriend will be going insane! :p

I've added a few fake ferns as I'm not very good at keeping plants alive lol. What do you guys think? :)

looks nice but would be better with live plants, anubis and java fern are easy to keep

It looks good :) ferns are easy to grow though. Maybe give them a try as you have to be careful with bettas fins and plastic plants. Some recommend you run a pair of tights along the plastic plants and if the tights snag, the bettas fins are likely too also.

Anubias and java ferns are good to grow even in low light, they would look great attached to your wood, if you wanted to give them a try in the future :)

Have you decided on what type of betta you are going to have?

Ha ha beat me to it ncguppy :)

Thanks guys. I have a few Anubias in my other tank so maybe I'm put one in this tank soon. And those fake ferns are extremely soft and flexible. Not hard or sharp like usual fake plants. That's why I bought them :)
I absolutely adore the male halfmoon bettas. I think they're stunning so hopefully I can manage to get one of those. Even better in bright colours
