by foster dog i think she means that she takes a dog home from the animal shelter, to try to get it used to people, and try to housebreak it, and basically just socialize it and teach it manners. they have this program (foster animal parents) at lots of shelters. after a certain amount of time you take the animal back to the shelter and hopefully it has a better chance of being adopted. at least, this is what i THINK she meant

thanks guys!!! just thought it was fun shot................... the cats ignore the tanks, but at least the dogs get a little entertainment
