Thought I would start and new thread and let my old one die a bit!!.

I'ved been looking at the UV units on ebay and I was pretty sure that I need about a 8w to cover our ponds, pretty sure there's about 4/500 gallons altogther.

Also I'm going to miss my fishies in my tank when I release them so what coldwater fish would beable to live in my tank, and get on with any fry I put in there, it's 12gallons with a UG filter, and don't want to heat.

I'l get some new pics up of my baby rudd soon.

How about some Sticklebacks, Bitterling, Weather Loaches, Stone Loaches, Minnows, Garra Pingi Pingi or Sunfish?

Hmm would deffinately like some kid of loach they look great!!!

Not to sure on other fish though, as I can't get minnows locally, sticklebacks jsut don't really appeal to me, Just looked at a pumpinseed sunfish in ym book which looked pretty good!!.

Will have to see what the guy down the road stocks!!. Any ideas on numbers?

Any thoughts on what size UV clarrifier to have?

I reakon you should get a tank ful of all the different kinds of snails

Its a snails foot the two things she loves!

that is disgusting i hate snails and slugs all slimy
Never saw any in the pond but out garden is full of snails,I stood on one last week
