Help! Not A Shrimp, Fish Or Snail

I just looked in my tank and saw this, sorry the picture isnt great but hoping someone can shed some light. I am getting a little freaked out and the hairs on my arms are starting to stand on ends.
What i have in this tank is literally some endlers all males, guppies all males and some sakura/cherry shimp. A load of snails and this little #105### that i dont know what it is. I seem to have a few they hide in the dark and under stones etc.

Its the white thing at the bottom in the middle. It has 3 little tails and some feet at the front,... HELP

can you get a bigger or close up picture? its very hard to see from these pics

Looks like a damselfly larvae to me. Might chomp on smaller fish as it gets big, probably best removed.

Cant really take a clear picture as it is transparent and small

Spot on mate thank you soo much!! any idea how they get into the tank...? my tank doesnt have a fully closed lid could this by why...?

If you've added any plants or even live food recently it may have come in with those, if not then presumably a damselfly flew in and laid eggs.

No new plants and do not feed any frozen, can it be in dried food. anyhoo i know what it is now thank you. Time for the crush-min-ator
