White Stringy Poop, Clamped Fins. Oh My Oh My..

Signs/Symptoms
Long stringy white poo
Some fish look either skinny or bloated.
Fish with bent spines,
Loss of appetite
Sluggish movement
*Clamped fins
Eye protrusion signs only when dead
Hanging at the surface or bottom
Scales loosening and falling out(Only happend to molly who is now deceased)

Last time i tested my water everything turned out normal, but it is due for another check up.
I'v tried an Ich cure, melafix, and salt baths

white poop could be the internal parasites , also bein bent or skinny could be paerasites..def need to treat them..

and bein fat could be pregnant or some other ...
 
OP; can we have some more info please? Size of tank, how long set up, filtration, maintenance regime, other tank mates? Also, the actual numbers from your last test and how long ago was that?
 
Bent spines is normally fish tuberculosis...I was reading up on this tonight as I have a fish who has suffered dropsy with popeye.All the symptoms add up to tb,this can be hard and costly to deal with.If it is what I suspect to be fish tb please don't add any fish to your tank as they will become infected.Whatever you do wear gloves if you have to put your hands in the tank.Please research this disease to learn all your options.
