Update On My Tank

hi just an update on my tank after a big problem with my tank loosing all my shrimps and 7 or 8 fish. found out id trapped a fish under the moss flooring caused a prolonged ammonia spike here is my tank as it stands this evening. i am not sure what the 3 plants at the back are i found them today they are just wrapped stems and i hope they will do ok as i have no co2. i also found some fish in my lfs that they were not sure what they were they said they are a type of rainbow fish but they looked like they had dumbo ears they were really sweet might add a few on these at some point anyway heres the pic let me lknow what u think!

yellow "ears" by any chance? sounds like they coud be Forktail Blue Eyes - Pseudomugil furcatus

ah well done u were very close but just looked them up and its gertrudes rainbow fish u were close tho lol
