I have attached a pic of my surviving baby from the last time i posted about him. Still unsure if its a boy or girl yet. he is my nemo. I am pretty sure he is a red wag platy but i could be wrong. Maybe you all can help me out. I still have him in the net breeder cage but i let him swim in the big tank when i am cleaning the cage. He is swimming everywhere and i am pretty sure he gets mad when i put him back in the cage. so i also bought a test kit as well and i think my results are better than last time

here they are:

ph: 7.6
high range ph: 8.2

ammonia: 0.25

nitrite: 0

nitrate:0

I want to buy more fishes but am unsure due to my results on the ph balance.

Nemo is definately a Platy. No more fish yet though i'm afraid you still have a slight Ammonia reading, this should be 0, do a 25% water change :good:

Aww this happened to 1 of my platies, he/she was the only 1 that i found left :(
Mines a mickey mouse platy, but seems to be better now with the other fry, which are older than him/her :)
