the pic isn't great but i'm excited about this young girl, she is a daughter of "lipstick1" and "tom dang" and is showing some nice colour variation compared to the rest of the spawn

ok, one last pic. this is one of the boys from the "tom dang" spawn. he ended up as a double-tail just like mom. still too early to really tell what his colours will end up like but the plakat boy is sure wondering what he is all about
ok, back to the grow out tank all of you (tom dang spawn), photo-op is over.

you should know then that the CT fry are two weeks old now and have taken to grindel worms already it's crazy, i have never had a spawn this big (200+ easy), nor have they grown this fast. they devour everything we put in. vinegar eels they took to within two days of being born, BBS fill their bellys and now they chomp worms at least three times their length with wild abandon. it's gonna be an exciting next few months around here.
