long story short i found a guy on craigslist who lived across town that gave me all this stuff for FREE!!!!!. tank, cabinet, heater, pumps, filters, decorations, and fish! there are more decorations that came with it as well that i just didn't like as much, as well a GARBAGE BAG full of filters, food, chemicals, nets, gravel vacuums x2, air line tubing, a light timer, "gopher" (long stick with pinchers on the end) and one of the pump/drain tubes that attaches to the sink. enough jabber pix time!

yea i found it in the free section on craigslist. his reasoning was hes moving to Hawaii and didn't wanna deal with moving it. i also forgot 2 mention above thers at least 32 baby snails in there as well :)

i had a similar situation about a year ago. posted on craigslist looking for a filter and some guy replied and said- ive got a tank stand 3 filters food test kits etc etc. you just gotta come get it. its free. so i did :)
craigslist is a great resource for used all kinds of stuff-ESPECIALLY fish-related stuff. always people with spare tanks laying around that they just want to get out of their house/basement/garage. just make sure you test for water holding BEFORE you set it up.:)
cheers

Interesting what you can find on craigslist... look at what my dad found and bought

Awesome find. Get a background on that tank to hide the wall and the cords and it will look really fine.
