Betta For Sale?!?!

i have recently had a betta fry and i have around 100. i cant find anywhere to have them (fish/pet shop) and was wondering if anyone on here would be wondering if (in about 7 weeks time when they are old enough) would be interested in buying some from me. i am in the UK around the telford Shropshire area and all of my fish are kept in humane tanks (15L) with gravel and are treated like normal fish for the breeding. all of my babies are approx 5mm at the moment which is why they wont be able to be sold until about 7 weeks!!!
i would charge about 3 pound for a male and 2 pound for a female. if u would possibly be interested in them please message me or reply to this!!

Oh, why did you let your bettas spawn if you didn't have a plan inacted? Best of luck finding homes for them. Be sure to be more careful in the future.
 
i would love to but I am in the US! (I don't like the idea of shipping the poor things over an ocean!)

shame i mean i would be willing to ship them but like u say its not really fair on them!!

yeah i was going to do that aswell but i though i would see if anyone was interested on here first aswell.
i would like to point out i can ship them aswell for an extra charge!!
 
Just realised who you are. In your other thread, you said you'd got a home sorted for this batch.
You really are coming across as someone who just wants to breed bettas for the fun and has no real long term plans. You let them breed without researching what you were going to feed the fry on, and before you'd found that out, you'd got another pair together, wondering why they wouldn't breed. Where are you going to put those fry when they need separating? You're 13, are your parents up for having hundreds of containers all over the house?
Your fry are likely to be mostly blue veiltails which are 10-a-penny in every LFS and unlikely to sell well, especially on eBay where most are much fancier.
Sorry to be a bit harsh, but you're contradicting yourself in posts.
 
oh god i also just put it together - - when we advised you NOT to breed the second batch until this batch was successful you said you had it all worked out! :crazy:

really really think you need to separate your males and females - - breeding bettas is not an easy task - it requires money, time, space, resources, knowledge, and dedication....

you are in waaaaaay over your head. I hope that you stop the breeding before you have hundreds of bettas with no homes :angry::unsure::sad::grr::no::-(:/
 
Ellena, I understand how you feel I really do, but was there any need to roast a 13yr old...I suppose you (or anyone anywhere) never made mistakes.....I thought these forums were for advise...if someone choses not to listen thats their problem not yours...

i noticed you had your status as "betta breeder" in your profile - - i think you need to wait to breed until you are older and have the funds and resources available to you....if not for your own stress' sake...then for the fish's well being!
 
look people do you give molly and guppy keepers this speech about unwanted fry at this size if they dont have homes they can make a yummy treat for bigger fish its no crime

But she is making mistakes after being advised not to do the things she's doing. That was hardly a roasting, how do you think kids learn?
