Scribbled Pleco

Finally managed to get a photo of my scribbled pleco.

Not the best picture in the world I know, just I felt like showing him off to you guys

He's on the filter in this picture.

At like, 2am when I went to bed my pleco had moved yet ago... so we get a nice glass-sucking picture

He's much more impressive when he's out and about with his fins up. But alas, it's darn near impossible to get one of him in all his glory.

Looks more like a L260, Queen Arabesque Pleco than a King Tiger L066 to me.

I have actually looked at photos of both species on planetcatfish
Personally I think he looks more like a L066.. but then there's the spots on him. Saying that though, there are spots on some of the L066 pictures I've seen. He was sold to me as a L066 though..

I have an L066 and the stripes and alot wider and more ordered. To me it looks like a L260. :thumbs:

Nice fish though.

I have seen L066 with thinner stripes as well though AND with some spots, so now I'm all confuzzled.

why oh why do there have to be similar varities of fish?
