This is Tugboat. He is the biggest chickenbetta that ever lived. He even runs away at feeding time. Sheesh!

This is Vega, a wild copper splendens/imbellis mix. He's small, but very brave. He has more heart than some, right Tugboat?

I know you know I have more and I know I have more, but that's all for now. I have to do water changes for half of them today and then again for the other half tomorrow. I'll need to set something up. like a small container so I can do a profile/portfolio on each individual.

Red Banner has ick, so I took pics of Red Banner-II, Tugboat, and Vega. Out of about 75 shots, those were the ones to come out the best. The camera is very cheap.

He says thanx! Did you know he was one of the few remaining left on the betta shelves at Petco? I didn't expect to find him. There were only about 15 or so cups left. I saw this red one just sitting there - like any other - but his tail was different. It was closed and it looked like a broomstick. I definitely know what that meant! I took another betta and put them side by side to see if he would flare. Lo and behold - a superdelta! So I purchased him. However, as the days went by, he seemed to extend more. Halfmoon? How lucky can one get? He might not be a quality halfmoon, but his colors are pretty enough for me.

Rocket's Red Flare just recovered from a mild bout of Ick a few days ago. Now Red Banner-I has it. Odd, they were kept in separate containers. Oh well, QuICK Cure did it's job!

I would like to thank all of those who love the long-flowing veiltails and ignored the short and choppy broomstick tails.

Thanx! But these are not up for nomination (if any). I am just testing different settings on this camera I just got from my brother-in-law. He bought a laptop/printer package and it came with a free camera. So..... I tests... But thanx for considering.
