Pleco

I have a pleco that has like a disease or something on its nose/face. I went to my local pet store and they gave me Marycyn- Two. Over a whole week, no change. I just wanted to know where I can get the right type of medicine or what for it and treat it fast because its really ugly.

Silly question, does your heater have a cover? my guys like to nudge the heater it almost looks like a burn, this can happen if the heater is not covered, but it is hard to tell from the picture. I use Melafix, its fantastic stuff, clears up wounds and bacterial infections. I swear by this stuff, saved the two rescued plecs I have.
