Im a mummy..nearly!!!

Wonder whether the eggs will hatch. Looking good at the moment though. Mum is being very good.

For some reason she decided to spawn in a visible area. A bit of gentle added torch-light and the photo was possible.

Heres hoping they make it.

Either she got hungry, or they were unfertilized (Spike - are you a man or a mouse?? Get your act together Boy)

Spike was following her around, but did seem to lose interest once she started popping eggs out. Classic fella. (no offence to men out there)

Maybe next time.

this is the problem we get with aquarium trade bred fish :angry:

im sure they'll get the hang of it after a few more spawns though :good:

do NOT give up lol atleast you know they're spawning... they have the potential to breed! :fun:
